1. Access to UST online application system

2. Create Account (ID and password)
- Click “Create User” button

3. Select application type
-
Cannot concurrently apply for General Admission, International Admission, Specialized 
Master’s Admission, or I-CORE.

4. Consent to the provision of personal information
- If you disagree to provision of personal information, you can’t apply for UST.

5. Create account and personal information
- Fill the blank (

means required fields. Mandatory to fill out)
- Write your “name” same as on your passport (only English name)
-“Check the validity” when you input birthday and e-mail address
※ Prohibit multiple application from a single applicant

1. Fill out the basic survey
- Answer to 2 questions
- Click “Save” and go to the 
next step

1. Application Details
- Select program(Master / PhD / Integrative) and Campus, Major
- Click “Search Campus(School)/Major” button and pop-up will be showed

2. Personal Information
- Input your personal information (same as your account information)

3. University Information(Bachelor)
- Click “Add” button
- Click “Search” button and find your University and input period, major, grade

5. Check whether your family is working in UST
- If your family is not working at UST, please check “No family at UST □”
- If your family working at UST professor or staff when you apply to UST,
fill out his/her name, campus(school), relationship of you
※ Family: Spouse, Applicant's parents, Spouse's parents, Relatives within four degrees

6. Official English Scores
- Read carefully “Ⅳ. Official English Test Scores” part of admission guideline
- Click “Add” button and input your Official English Scores(Type / Score / Test 
date)

7. Letter of Recommendation
- Read carefully “Ⅲ. List of Required Documents” part of admission guideline
- You can choose one way of ① and ②
① Complete and submit using the system
: Add your Recommender and input his/her information
※ If your recommender can’t get your e-mail, you can send the form to him/her by yourself
② Fill out the prescribed form and send it, submit it by post or by visiting
: Download the Letter of Recommendation form and send to your recommenders
