CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
This agreement of employment entered into this day of 　　th of　　　　， by and between

Mr. Yosuke Nakashima of NISHI NIHON PRODUCTION CO;LTD. with its principal office located at

3-22-15 SUNAMI HIGHTS MlHARA CITY HIROSHlMA JAPAN. Hereinafter called the “OPERATOR” and hereinafter called the “ARTIST” provides and agree as follows.

CONTENT (Singer • Dancer・S C P)

This CONTRACT AGREEMENT has been concluded by the mutual consent of both contractors on the following

items for the purpose of the ARTIST making performance in Japan here in under;

Article 1. Term of this contract for ___ month(s) commencing , and ending

, however, the ARTIST agrees to the renewal of the contract

Provided that permission for renewal is granted by the Japanese Ministry of Justice.

Article 2. The ARTIST agrees to perform 5 shows per one day, each show being not more than

30 minutes duration each. Shows wil1 be between 6:00 P.M. to 12:00 P.M. per day.

Article 3. The ARTIST agrees to arrive in Japan 1 day prior to the date of commencement. In case of

the ARTIST’s failure to arrive in Japan by the commencing date owing to delay in obtaining

visas, illness and so on, the period of the contract wil1 be changed.

Article 4. The ARTIST shall leave from Japan as soon as the contract comes to an end.

Article 5. This CONTRACT AGREEMENT shall come into effect with the ARTIST’s entry into Japan and

come to an end by her(his) departure from Japan. However, remuneration to the ARTIST

will be calculated from the first performance and end with the last performance.

Article 6. The OPERATOR guarantees to pay the sum of 1 person ￥200,000. each times ____ persons

equal ￥ per month to the ARTIST. Remuneration for any period less than

a month, wil1 be paid on the basis of one thirtieth of the monthly remuneration per day.

The above mentioned remuneration includes income tax (￥40,000).

In performance fee ￥200,000, It include ￥30,000 for meal charges and ￥42,000 for stay

costs (apartment charges and expenses for water, lighting and fuel) for 1 person every

one month. (NET income￥88,000-)

Article 7. If the OPERATOR pays the ARTIST any remuneration in advance or lends the ARTIST's other

Expenses, payment will be in Japanese Yen and the ARTIST agree that the debt will be deducted

from the agreed remuneration to the ARTIST. The means of payment will be determined by mutua1

agreement of both parties.
Article 8. The OPERATOR agrees to give every assistance in his power in regard to application for

The ARTIST’s visa, renewal thereof, and so on.

The OPERATOR agrees to bear thefo1lowing expenses:

(a)Transportation charges between and JAPAN and domestic change in Japan.

However, charges for excess weight of time to leave the country will be born by the ARTIST.

(b)Transportation fees and carriage charges of musical instruments within Japan. However, this shall

not apply to any fees or charges incurred for private purpose.

(c)Medica1 expenses connected with i11ness or injury incurred during the period specified in Artic1e

1, whi1e excepting i11nesses contracted before entrance into Japan and the expenses connected with

Pregnancy and birth. The ARTIST waves a11 c1aims for payments of fees or reparations for i11ness

or injury owing to the ARTIST’s neg1igence.

Artic1e 9. The ARTIST agrees to observe the fo11owing:

9. 1 The ARTIST sha11 competent1y perform in accordance with her(his) ta1ent and abi1ity, and sha11

at a11 times observe good mora1 conduct and behavior.

9. 2 In case the ARTIST signs a pre1iminary or forma1 contract, the ARTIST sha11 comp1ete the documents

concerning her(his) visa, passport and other necessary permits for passage and prepare

for passage to Japan within a month. Obtaining these documents will be the responsibility of

the ARTIST.

9. 3 The ARTIST sha11 observe the 1aws, ru1es and regu1ations of the government of Japan during the

term of this contract.

9. 4 The ARTIST sha11 not conc1ude this contract without mentioning i11ness, pregnancy or inabi1ity

to perform.

9. 5 The ARTIST sha11 desist from having undesirab1e connection with any woman or man during the

term of this contract.

9. 6 In the event of interruption of performances owing to the fau1t of the ARTIST, the ARTIST sha11

desist from demanding remuneration for the period of the interruption.

Artic1e 10. In the fo11owing cases, the OPERATOR may cance1 this contract, and demand damages from

the ARTIST.

10. 1 The ARTIST neg1ects the performances without good reason or vio1ates the ru1es of the p1ace in

which performances are he1d.

10. 2 The ARTIST vio1ates Japanese 1aws, causing damages to the OPERATOR or a third party.

10.3 Inabi1ity of the ARTIST to perform owing to chronic disease or pregnancy.

10. 4 Impossibi1ity of sojourn in Japan owing to troub1e that are the fau1t of the ARTIST with passport

or documents necessary for passage.

10. 5 Conc1usion of dup1icate with other Japanese promoter.

10. 6 The ARTIST is different from that which is suggested to the OPERATOR through tapes or photos.

And other material.

Artic1e 11. In case of the cance11ation of this contract expenses for the return of the ARTIST to

her(his)country wi11 be born by the ARTIST. This a1so app1ies to cases returning owning

to illega1 act committed after the term of this contract:

Artic1e 12. The ARTIST agrees to give free performances or appearance in auditions, on radio or

te1evision to give newspaper interviews or to cooperate with other activities considered

usefu1 for the purpose of promotion:

Artic1e 13. During the term of this contract, the ARTIST sha11 desist from invo1vement in any po1itica1

or ideo1ogica1 activity in Japan.

Artic1e 14. ADDITIONAL MATTERS FOR ARRANGEMENT IF ANY;

14. 1 The ARTIST wi11 be given 4 ho1idays in one month (1 Ho1iday a Week. )

IN WITNESS WHERE OF, This CONTRACT AGREEMENT has been conc1uded between and signed by both

parties and this origina1 sha11 be kept in custody:
