Coast Kids and Buchanan Subaru will attend the TAKMTB day. Subaru is donating a bike

YMCA had a Mountain bike summer camp.

We received a thank you letter from trap pond.

Sept. 20-21 Trail Maintenance Newtown Park, YMCA 21^st will start with tool maintenance.

Oct. 4 Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day. YMCA Volunteers arrive at 10 am.

Registration starts at Noon. Event goes until 2pm.

Marty will contact Cindy Morris about rodeo. She will contact Heather Nottingham about participating with Coast Kids.

Each club member should try to get one sponsor to donate money or raffle items for fund raiser.

Tres is talking to local printer Barefoot Willy’s for our clothing.

West Ocean City Bike and Pedestrian Awareness Party –Marty Denk, Shelly Messick

Heather Towers will help us get together with Seagull Century to vend/ advertise our Take A Kid MTB Day.

MAX can put banners on our web site for advertisers.

Jerry will ask Courtesy Chevrolet about increasing sponsorship.

Matt Banks will contact local Connections groups.

Outreach Committee Cycle week info needs to be put together. We have good feedback from Salisbury, Snow Hill, The state of MD, Troy Purnell of Berlin. Most prefer May. We will set up a meeting at the bottle shop. Shelly Messick will chair this committee. We will put this and the idea of West OC Pedestrian and Bike Awareness Party.

YMCA Finish connecting Dash-z to Whispering Woods. Cut in grass lines again. Fix back corner of Will’s Woods. Build elevated boardwalk in The Ripper. Inspect all wood man made features and document condition.

PSF (Pocomoke State Forest)

Tarr Tract repair/add a go around single tract in the forested areas where trail is impassable and continued grooming.

Hudson Tract: Cost estimate for a bridge over Corkers Creek form Shad Landing to the Hudson Tract.

Algonquin Cross County Connector: Trail from Foster Tract to Millburn landing will start soon.

Chandler Tract: No Movement

Colburn Tract: Gather more info about Colburn Tract from Bob Hulburd.
