INTRODUCTION (abstract of the thesis of the (PhD)) 
 
The aim
of the research
work
is to develop proposals and 
recommendations for improving the organized securities market in Uzbekistan. 
Research objectives are as following: 
to considerate the process of emergence of an organized securities market 
and its organization; 
to classify and characterize the structure of the organized securities market 
and its main functions; 
to disclosure of the legal basis for regulating the organized securities market; 
to analyze the trends in the development of the organized securities market 
of our country; 
to systematize and evaluate factors, which are affect on the organized 
securities market in Uzbekistan; 
to study the indicators of the organized securities market of foreign countries 
and the state of their development; 
to considerate problems in the development of the securities market in our 
country and develop proposals and recommendations for their solution; 
to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations to set 
directions for improving the activity of the organized securities market in 
Uzbekistan.
