‘‘ЎЗБЕКИСТОНДА МИЛЛИЙ ТАДҚИҚОТЛАР: ДАВРИЙ АНЖУМАНЛАР:’’
resolution of the teacher’s intrapersonal contradictions acts as the driving forces of professional 
development. Knowing yourself, your personality, your professionally significant qualities will 
allow specialists to plan and carry out their own professional activities. Decomposition of the 
essence of the concept of “professional development of a teacher” requires the allocation of 
the most significant professional qualities inherent in a teacher. Moreover, according to M.S. 
Zadvornaya and R.M. Sherayzina, “continuing educat- ion of teachers on the basis of lifelong 
learning will be effective only if it allows you to quickly respond to changing social needs, to 
predict changes in the state educational policy, scientific and social sphere” [5]. We can argue that 
there is a formation not only of the professional qualities of the teacher of a pre -school education, 
but also the expansion of social ties, the inclusion of teachers in various kinds of public relations 
systems, which is impossible without the development of a specialist as a person, a subject of 
socially oriented activity [6].
