There’s means there is . There’s that ring you were looking for.
They’re  means  they  are  .  They’re  a  very  happy  couple  even  though  they
fight all the time.
Its/It’s
Its  is  a  possessive  pronoun.  We  thought  the  cat  was  lost,  but  it  somehow
found its way home.
It’s means it is . It’s not fair.
Whose/Who’s
Whose is a possessive pronoun. The boy whose trousers were flown from the
flagpole.
Whose can also be an interrogative pronoun. Whose trousers are those?
Who’s means who is. The boy who’s being told off for putting them there .
Who, which or that?
Rule: Use who to refer to people.
Use which to refer to animals or inanimate objects.
Use that as a less formal substitute for either.
The people who matter will be impressed by this. (The people that matter is not
incorrect, but is less formal.)
The  tigers  which  (or  that  )  come  from  Siberia  have  thick  fur  to  protect  them
against the cold.
The house which ( or tha t ) we used to live in has been knocked down to make
way for a supermarket.
The song which ( or that ) he wrote never made it into the charts.
In the last two examples, the antecedent is the object of the following clause (we
used to live in the house, he wrote the song). In these cases, another option is to
omit the relative pronoun altogether:

The house we used to live in…
The song he wrote…
