This addendum is hereby attached to and made part of the Contract Documents. The addendum consists of 2 pages of written text (including this cover sheet). Each Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid and by signing and attaching this addendum to the bid.

Clarification No. 1:
The mandatory contractor pre-bid meeting will be moved to Monday, May 12, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the office of the Owner. Originally the meeting was advertised to be held on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 11:00 am.
Clarification No. 2:
Section 01010, Part 1, 1.04, 3 has been revised. Please replace the previous section with the attached section 02500.

   CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS
   

3. The contractor shall give priority to completing construction on the following roads to allow for road reconstruction work to be completed by others.

a. 5190 South from 1045 East to Wesley Road

b. 5235 South from 1045 East to Wesley Road

c. 5205 South from 935 East to 1045 East

d. 1000 East from 5205 South to 5122 South

e. 5245 South from 935 East to 1045 East

f. Searle Avenue from 900 East to 1000 East

g. 935 East from 5290 South to Searle Avenue

h. Wesley Road from 5290 South to 4097 East Wesley Road

i. Lori Way (entire road) off Wesley Road

j. Remaining roads may be completed in any order the Contractor specifies.

Clarification No. 3:
T-patches, as specified in the project drawings, will be required roads maintained by Murray City listed below as roads 1-7. Any road not specified will be repaired with a typical asphalt patch, as specified by Murray City; unless the road is maintained by UDOT in which case repairs will be made in accordance with approved UDOT specifications. But in all cases the asphalt patches shall extend to the gutter unless otherwise approved by the Engineer.

3. Woodstock Drive from 1145 East to 1300 East

4. 1185 East from Woodstock Drive to the end

5. 1220 East from Woodstock Drive to the end

6. Turner Drive from 5840 South to Woodstock Drive

7. 5840 South from 1145 East to 1250 East+
