DVIGATELNING ISSIQLIK HISOBI
Dvigatelning ishchi tsiklini issiqlik bo’yicha hisoblash modernizatsiya qilinayotgan yoki Yangidan loyixalanayotgan dvigatelning asosiy ishchi parametrlarini aniqlashga, Shuningdek yaratilayotgan dvigatelning indikator va effektiv ishchi ko‘rsatkichlarini baholashga imkon beradi.
Dvigatelning issiqlik hisobi uchun quyidagi dastlabki ma’lumotlar zarur buladi: Dvigatelning turi, nominal quvvati, tirsakli valning aylanishlar soni, siqish darajasi, taktlilik koeffitsienti, havoning ortiqchalik koeffitsienti, havoning harorati, bosimi, yoqilg’ining turi, uning pastki solishtirma Yonish issiqligi, o’rtacha elementar tarkibi.
Ishchi jismning parametrlari.
1 kg yoqilg’ini to’la yonishi uchun kerak bo’lgan havoning nazariy miqdori:
LH = 10.23*(8/3*C + 8*H2 -O2), kg.
Bunda: C, N2, О2 — 1 kg yoqilg’i (dizel) da mos ravishda uglerod, vodorod va kislorodning miqdor nisbati:
Benzin uchun: C = 0,857 kg, H2 = 0,133 kg, О2 = 0.01
LH = 10.23*(8/3*C + 8*H2 -O2) =1/0.23*(8/3*0.857+8*0.133-0.01)=14.518 kg
1 kg yonilg’ining to’la yonishi uchun kerak bo’lgan havoning nazariy miqdori kilomollarda.
