The friend could have sued Mr. Minchella because there was a contract of sale

between them, Mr. Minchella would probably have had no defense. But the friend, so the pleadings say, chose instead to order “a pear and ice” and presumably escaped unscathed. Since May Donoghue had no contract with anyone, she would have to prove negligence if she were to recover. The only person she could sue for negligence was David Stevenson Mrs. Donoghue's solicitor is Walter Leechman. A manufacturer who puts on the market an article intended for human consumption in a form that precludes the possibility of examination, they contended, must be liable to the consumer for any damage caused by want of reasonable care to ensure its fitness for consumption.

Part II

People have become so unpredictable, they have so little tolerance that even a trifle is enough to burn their temper. Street fights are becoming more and more frequent. Once I witnessed such a fight from a nearby street.

When I was returning from my university, I saw two men brawling, while approaching I noticed that, one of them is a police officer and the other is a hooligan of our district. the hooligan was venturing to enter city hall however the police officer was refusing him. the hooligan's name was Albert and he was famous for doing some vandalism in our city. we were fed up with Albert's behavior and we always attempt to not to be near to him. The police officer knows him and that's why he ignoring his entering the entertainment. Albert tried to reach the festival which was acting in the city hall. suddenly he knocked the officer and ran into. I tried to help the officer and called traffic officers for help coz they were near us. the traffic officers came quickly and arrested Albert. tomorrow will be Albert's Judgement the juries may give him a prison sentence because in our country attacking the police officer is a big crime.

Task II

Studying at university is the best thing for career. Unfortunately, every student will face the problem with accommodation to stay. Some people live in a university dormitory, but others choose an apartment. Each of these has many advantages but has also disadvantages.

To begin with, the advantages of staying at a university dormitory are more than disadvantages. Here, students enhance their knowledge by communicating with each other. They can take help from roommates if they also study at the same university. Next one of the advantages of the dormitory that many of them are located near the university. Usually, the rent of a dormitory is so cheap. If I say the weakness of dormitory that, it hasn't advanced quality. Sometimes you have to stay in the queue for having a bath. And also, air-conditioners in many rooms aren't available.

If I take living in an apartment, it impossible not to say the quality of it. Apartments are so quiet, and there are not interrupting things. You can read your book in quietness. In the dorms, all furniture is provided, such as beds, sofa, tables, chairs, and appliances. However, also the apartment has a few disadvantages, an example of this is the valuable cost of it. Every student isn't able to stay in the accommodation. And an apartment might seem like the ultimate freedom, it's generally not a good idea for young university students.

In my opinion, living in a university dormitory is better than accommodation for students, if they want to be well-educated staff. That's why there is rivalry in a dormitory at all times. But I don't suggest living in a dormitory if who has not poorness of money, they should choose accommodation.
