Craft/Food Vendor Application
This will be an outside craft show. To participate in this show, you must follow these instructions:
1. APPLICATION AND FEES: Please submit the attached application and your check to:

Fees: Craft Vendors $50.00 Before March 31, 2014

$75.00 After March 31, 2014

$10.00 additional (If you would like to rent a table)
The deadline for receiving vendor applications is March 31, 2014. There will be a $25.00 late fee for contracts that are received after the March 31st deadline.
Checks should be made payable to The Mount Ephraim Celebration Committee.
Notification of location and arrival instructions will be sent to you in mid-April. All registrations accepted after the late registration period (if spaces are available) will be notified as quickly as possible.
2. FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION: The fee for food vendors is $100.00. Food vendors are

responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and inspections.

Food vendors must obtain County Health Department permits prior to April 11, 2014. It is the responsibility of the vendor to contact the County Health Department at:

3. SPACES: Outdoor spaces will be assigned an area of approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. Tables will be provided for an additional fee of $10.00. You will need to provide your own display racks, and chairs. Tents are welcome and recommended. Electric is not provided. If you have a special need, please note it on the form and we will try to accommodate your request.
4. ARRIVAL AND SETUP: Participants must arrive between 6:45 and 7:45 a.m. Kings Highway will be closed to automobile traffic at 8:15 a.m. and no cars will be allowed down the street for unloading after this time. It is very important that you arrive on time to ensure a smooth and timely set-up for everyone.
5. LICENSES / TAXES: Vendors are responsible for the licenses and taxes related to their sales.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds for cancellations within two (2) weeks of the craft fair.
7. WEATHER POLICY: Participants should remember that this is an outdoor event and will be

subject to inclement weather (rain, wind, etc.). The Committee will close the show only under extreme weather conditions. The vendor should be aware that the Committee will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged due to inclement weather. The vendor must make their own decision to set up or not set up their display.

The undersigned vendor agrees to exercise the utmost care in the use of the facilities and properties of Mount Ephraim Celebration Committee and the town of Mount Ephraim. The vendor also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mount Ephraim and the Mount Ephraim Celebration Committee, their officers, members, sponsors, participants and agents from any and all claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney fees) and damages whatsoever; including claims arising by reason of accident. I/We further agree that I/We will be responsible for any damage or injury to property or persons while participating as a part of the 6^th Annual Craft Fair and Car and Motorcycle Show on April 26, 2014, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties sponsoring the 6^th Annual Craft Fair and Car and Motorcycle Show.
