4^th ANNUAL CRAFT FAIR AND

CAR AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW
Saturday, April 30, 2011

9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Car and Motorcycle Registration
This will be an outside craft fair and car and motorcycle show. The show will be open to all automobiles. To participate in this show, you must follow these instructions:
1. Pre-registration is encouraged to guarantee your space!
2. The fee is $15.00 for pre-registration and $20.00 the day of the event. Pre-registrations will

be accepted through April 20, 2011. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

3. Cancellation Policy. No refunds for cancellations within two (2) weeks of the Event.

4. Car Classes: (We reserve the right to combine or add classes.)

1. 1932 and Prior

2. 1933 to 1943

3. 1944 to 1954

4. 1955 to 1959

5. 1960 to 1964

6. 1965 to 1968

7. 1969 to 1971

8. 1972 to 1985

9. 1985 and above

5. 
   Motorcycle Classes: (Motorcycles can participate in multiple classes.)
   

1. 
   American Antique and Classic – Bikes manufactured before 1982, any size engine
   
2. 
   Import Antique and Classic – Bikes manufactured before 1982, any size engine – Non American
   
3. 
   Stock fewer than 1000 cc’s – Any year, make or model with engine smaller than 1000 cc’s
   
4. 
   Stock more than 1000 cc’s – Any year, make or model with engine larger than 1000 cc’s
   
5. 
   Custom – Any year, make, model or engine size with custom work done
   
6. 
   Touring – Any year, make, model or engine size (including trikes & sidecars)
   
7. 
   Sport – Any year, make model or engine size

   Trophies will be given for Best in Show for both cars and motorcycles, Best in Each Individual Class, People’s Choice for both cars and motorcycles, and Town Council Choice for both cars and motorcycles.

   This event will be peer judged with the exception of People’s Choice and Town Council Choice.

   Complete the attached application form and mail it to the address provided on the attached registration.

   You will receive an information packet upon receipt of your completed registration and payment. This packet will contain maps, parking instructions, and any last minute details.

The undersigned vendor agrees to exercise the utmost care in the use of the facilities and properties of Mount Ephraim Celebration Committee and the town of Mount Ephraim. The vendor also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mount Ephraim and the Mount Ephraim Celebration Committee, their officers, members, sponsors, participants and agents from any and all claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney fees) and damages whatsoever; including claims arising by reason of accident. I/We further agree that I/We will be responsible for any damage or injury to property or persons while participating as a part of the Annual Craft Fair and Car and Motorcycle Show on April 30, 2011, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties sponsoring the Annual Craft Fair and Car and Motorcycle Show.
