* The Crossfit (SUTRI) sessions will be running from the week commencing 5th October. They will be only running for only 4 weeks. Further training sessions will be held in the new year.

^ The Rollers sessions (SURC) are run between the 3 hour slots. The first hour is a skills session, second hour is the roller workout and third hour is stretching.



 You will need Sport and wellbeing membership for theses sessions.
