  Jennifer Standifer has the ball rolling with formulating the changes with the artist for the mascot for a more aggressive, less cartoon look

  The cost of the mascot is $5,500

    This is the quote for the initial drawing, before the changes were added

  The cost for the mascot may be asked to come from the overage budget
