Introduction
Education has always been regarded as the most important aspect of a country's civilization and progress. In other words, it establishes the foundation for the country's bright future. As a result, all counties pay close attention to the education and parenting of the new generation from an early age. Education changes a person's thinking and ability to complete activities in the long run. The majority of people have a basic knowledge of education, equating it with completing a program or receiving a degree. It is impossible to refute that good education takes a long time, according to Henson and Kenneth (1998). Comprehending a book and understanding what we study does not imply that we have already become educated if we do not integrate what we read or analyze into our memory and perspective (or transformed permanently). As a result, simply attending a lecture and listening to it does not guarantee that we have been educated or better. Obtaining information in many subjects is not the same as receiving formal education. Learning actually integrates information in one's mind, and anyone who understands studying understands that it is performed via continuous exposure and application of material or abilities. Unfortunately, individuals nowadays want to rush through everything, even learning, which cannot be optimized in most cases. Universities in Europe and the United States are unquestionably well-known around the world. All generations aspire to attend institutions such as "Oxford," "Harvard," "Stanford," and "Cambridge." The most important factor is thought to be education. Furthermore, there is a significant disparity between university students in the United States and the United Kingdom and those in other nations. The question is how these countries in the United States and the United Kingdom attain this result. For these industrialized countries, education has become a critical component. The university system began in the classroom, and students were adopted from there. Only specialized studies or subjects relating to the students' fields of interest are taught in these schools.
After 2000 years, Uzbekistan has likewise placed a high value on education. In the sphere of education, a number of changes have occurred. Many branches of well-known foreign universities have been established. University specializations were formed as new colleges and lyceums were built. We can observe from this table that there was a rise in the number of graduates in their specialization between 2000 and 2010 (uzedu.uz). In Uzbekistan, the phrase "learning center" has grown in use during the previous decade. According to stat.uz (2022) information’s during this time, more than 546 learning center branches and centers were built. It indicates that there are more of these groups than banks or large grocery and restaurant outlets. This industry is growing at a quick pace. It is impossible to find these kinds of learning institutions in Europe, the United States, or even Central Asia; only in our country is this company thriving. On the one hand, this appeared to be a good chance in the school system, as the outcome was considerably better, significantly speeding up the leaking process and earning the population's trust. We have a question there. Why is there a growing expectation or demand for these institutions in our country? Alternatively, this focus on the educational system may be unreliable. We underlined that the government invests a significant amount of money in education. However, there is still a huge demand for these learning facilities in our community.
