MODERN DIRECTIONS OF LINGUISTICS OF XX-XXI CENTURIES.
Linguistics is a science that organizes the emergence and development of language, language and thinking, the relationship between language and society, the role of language in society, its internal structure, the classification of language, methods of its analysis and so on. In addition to linguistics, language is also organized by such disciplines as philosophy, psychology, sociology, and logic. Every science involved in the organization of language has little relation to language. A student who wants to take a general linguistics course in depth, of course, should be aware of the areas related to this subject.While philosophy defines the methodology of linguistics, one who does not organize philosophy cannot understand the methods specific to linguistics. It is clear that a language that does not know the laws of didactics cannot approach systematic language and speech activity as a system. Or there is no need to explain how important it is to know logical categories, given that language is a tool for expressing thought, and thought is the organic object of the science of logic. This was the basis for the emergence of the science of sociolinguistics.
Psycholinguistics is a relatively new branch of linguistics that connects linguistics with psychology (the science that organizes the laws of human mental processes). Linguistics is inextricably linked with history and pedagogy. History is a great help to linguistics in organizing the history of words, the vocabulary of the language. This is because language is closely connected with the history of tribes and clans, peoples and nations. Accordingly, the history of human society is rarely reflected in language.
