§ 3. Tasks of law interpretation.

The task of interpreting the norms of law can be defined as follows: "the interpretation must reproduce the ideas and concepts that were associated with this norm by its creator “. The task of interpretation is to reveal the content of the legal act, what the legislator expressed in it. The interpretation should ensure the correct and uniform implementation of the interpreted rule in all cases for which it is intended, and eliminate ambiguities and possible errors that may arise in the application of this rule.

Let's formulate the conclusions that we have come to:

Interpretation of law is a specific intellectual and volitional activity to establish the true content of legal acts in order to implement them;

The need to interpret the norms of law is due to their characteristics, peculiarities of forms of expression and functioning;

The task of interpreting law is to obtain knowledge that reflects the actual content of the law.
