Abstract. This article is scientifically and pedagogically based on the essence, system, skills, 
professional activites of preparing future teachers for educational work.The article is based on 
historical, spiritual, pedagogical and recommendations to increase the relevance of such issues as 
teachers' pedagogical skills, their role in the implementation of educational processes, their importance 
in shaping the student's personality. 
 Key words: teacher, upbringing, pupil, science, qualification, intellect, treatment, school, family, 
student, person, society, science, teacher, education, education, ethics, psychological skills, school 
person, communication, responsibility, activity, labour, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship. 
The address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Oliy Majlis 
on December 29, 2020 has become an unforgettable historical date for the youth and educators of our 
country. "The greatest wealth is intelligence and knowledge, the greatest inheritance is good upbringing, 
the greatest poverty is ignorance!" he pointed out. This is very true for the current stage of development 
of our society. It has an appreciation of science, a positive quality of upbringing and an attitude towards 
ignorance. At the same time, we cannot reach the next stage of development without the development of 
science and enlightenment. To do this, it is necessary to overcome the problems in the education 
system, to properly integrate between education, science and industry. For just as the world cannot be 
imagined without the sun, the earth and the sky, so the essence of human perfection cannot be imagined 
without loving teachers. The teacher, with his unfailing love, kindness, and zeal, shows devotion and 
kindness in the development of many students. She teaches and educates millions of children. In this 
regard, the prestige of teachers in Uzbekistan is growing. Its power and potential are evolving. The 
teacher is working hard in the system of continuing education, vocational training of young people, 
support of entrepreneurial initiatives. If we look at the work of teachers, they are doing a lot of positive 
work in the field of education and training. 
Today, the teaching profession as the most influential and prestigious person in society has 
become a priority of public policy, such as teaching and working on themselves, the creation of new 
ideas and concepts for radical reform of education based on the experience of developed countries and 
our national values. In this regard, to cultivate a teacher who meets the requirements of the times, has a 
thorough knowledge of several languages in his field, has life and professional competencies, a creative 
approach to teaching, acquainted with advanced foreign experience in the field, able to quickly adapt to 
real conditions and situations Pedagogy is the main content of the activities of higher education 
institutions. It is important to prepare future teachers for educational work, to create and implement new 
models of working with them in the honorable performance of this responsible work. Because today 
education, along with ensuring and strengthening the integrity and stability of the country, raising the 
culture of students, the development of broad and consistent information about socio-political and 
spiritual views, policies, helps them to live in society, form, renew, replenish and improve 
consciousness. .Improves communication and continuity between types of education. In this regard, the 
research conducted at the Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute on the creation of scientific and 
theoretical bases of pedagogical innovation cluster for educational work of future teachers and its
