фективного медицинского туризма является ряд 
составляющих ориентированных на создание 
высокотехнологичных учреждений, на измене-
ние законодательства, как на национальной, так 
и международной области медицины, возникно-
вения новых рынков туристической направлен-
ности ориентированных на потребителей, что 
повысит жизненный уровень в регионе и в стране 
в целом.

Annotation. The authors considered the development of sanatory-recreational, tourist and medical tourism, as well as 
their relationship and the differences in the market of services. The stress was made on the medical tourism in relation to 
the medical and tourist areas of activity, which is directly linked to social medicine in the region. The definitions of 
tourism, resort and health tourism, sanatorium-resort tourism and medical tourism were given. It was noted that a health 
resort treatment can be compared to natural health improvement within the establishment, which is located on the territory 
of a resort hotel or sanatorium. The stress was made on medical tourism, which is based on and linked to human values, 
such as "life" and "health".
