. Observing the movement patterns of
the shuttlecock also
hones my concentration capacity

burns some fat off my body
as well.
Morning exercises are an effective way to
keep yourself in the pink
with just
a few minutes for physical activity, I feel more energetic and optimistic, and
ready than ever for my work in the morning.
