Conclusion
In this research effort, a resource allocation algorithm has been proposed using location 
information of the UEs. The algorithm has been used to prevent the Cell Breathing 
phenomenon thereby increasing system capacity in terms of density MSs and coverage 
area. By preventing Cell Breathing, the users at the edge of the cell remain connected to 
the system under varying density of mobile nodes.
