RESEARCH FINDINGS 
The results of the overall rating scores for the websites are shown in Table 1. On the scale used (0 to 100), 
the 50-mark represents the average attainable score. As is shown, Singapore, at 64% is the only website to exceed 
this 50-mark and is the highest rated among the six websites. Dubai is rated next best at 45% followed closely by 
Qatar at 43%. The overall rating distribution has a mean of 38 and a standard deviation of 16.5.
