The second principle is transparency
The third principle is accountability
What should be considered at the same time to improve the quality of education?
First of all, it is necessary to analyze the education system of developed countries.
Take South Korea's education system, for example, until the 1940s, when it was one
of the most "uneducated" countries in the world. For a population of 30 million, higher
education diplomas were available to 2,000 to 3,000 people, most of whom were
obtained outside of South Korea. Today, Korea has the world's largest student
population. This is because Korea has introduced the best qualities of the teaching
system in Japanese and German into the field of education
and developed a new
teaching methodology. Through this method, Korea has become one of the leading
countries in the field of education.
Among the developed countries, the education system of the Russian Federation
is still growing. The education system in Russia began to take shape in the Middle
Ages. The Nakno-Latin Academy appeared in 1687 when the century-old schools in
Novgorod and Kiev began to appear in public. It was the first university in Russian
history. In 1804, the education system was established by a decree on education. After
that, modern additional schools were established and the
education system began to
develop. Today, Russia accounts for 81% of children's education and is one of the
world's leading countries.
Higher education in Russia is much higher than in other countries. There are
currently about 400 non-governmental higher education institutions in Russia. About
270,000 students study there. Graduates of Russian universities are also recognized in
Western countries, where they reach high levels in large companies.
In the above-mentioned countries, the quality of
the education system is high,
and they are marked in dark colors on the expert map every year. When we compare
the universities of developed countries with the universities of Central Asia, we can
see that the situation in developed countries is relatively different. Classrooms,
auditoriums, practice rooms are all equipped with modern technology.

student education are organized at the level of demand. It increases the interest of
students in learning and serves as a key factor in motivating them to study.
From these data, we can conclude that the current achievements of the United
States, Europe and the Orient in the field of education are a model of the best qualities
of the education system in these countries, based on these studies. we need to develop
our own unique education system. In particular, during the implementation of this new
system, it is important to allocate additional investments in education,
to provide
educational institutions with new innovative techniques and technologies. After all,
starting a new educational system with a new quality is a guarantee that the system will
achieve great success in the future.
