This article will focus on the issue of formation of innovative thinking and 
technical creativity in the worldview of modern youth. Because, the development and 
modernization of society is inextricably linked to the growth of technology and 
technology, that is, innovation and technological creativity processes. 
The concept of” innovation "is becoming a universal philosophical category, 
where innovation and innovation also include innovations in Science, Technology, 
Technology, socio-economic and spiritual life. 
In this sense, the process of thinking in a new way can be called innovative 
thinking. The constant desire for innovation, progressive worldview, creative activity 
of young people of the present time are in line with the direction of the strategic 
development of the updated Uzbekistan 
After all, innovative thinking in an aspiring, non-indifferent person, the specific 
motivation is constantly pegged by self-awareness, the correct assessment of creative 
abilities and potential, the maximum use of which. 
Sh.Mirziyoyev noted “ today we will move to the path of innovative development

In this sense, innovation becomes a criterion of human activity and forms the 
basis of modern material and spiritual values. Therefore, creative personalities with 
modern innovative thinking can play an important role in our country. Creative 
individuals who meet the requirements of society, have leadership skills, will serve to 
form an innovative society through the pursuit of high-potential individuals and the 
organization of their activities. Along with being an object of innovation is a process, 
it is based on the intelligent labor activity of the subjects and is improved by them. The 
owners of innovative thinking are innovators, innovators, initial users and other 
persons involved in the process. As a result of the development of innovations, the 
innovative environment, consciousness, culture, the emergence of goals and 
competitions, the implementation of activities on their basis and the support of the 
activities of innovation groups are becoming increasingly important. 
The development of innovative thinking also requires the conduct of innovation, 
the implementation of innovative ideas. That is, people will have to be given the 
opportunity to integrate their ideas and dreams into their lives. After all, the need for 
every innovation idea must be covered by the consumer.
Therefore, ideas as one of the components of innovative thinking are considered 
to be kommersialization. Innovative thinking it means the end result-income, it is a 
weapon of any business, business development. The fact that innovation processes 
have a systematic character will also be associated with its purposefulness. Therefore, 
all components of innovation processes determine the balance of interests and the 
dynamics of the overall development of development. 
The growth of innovative thinking in social and economic development is 
becoming an object of necessity, and the development of new scientific and technical

production. In particular, innovation is entering into science, production, as well as 
education, culture, everyday life. This process is becoming one of the factors of daily 
constant needs satisfaction of people from scientific-technical, technological activities 
of innovative thinking. That is, a person becomes an integral part of his activity, 
acquires such willpower characteristics and values as being able to adapt to possible 
situations of the time, get out of an unexpected situation, perseverance, reconciliation, 
not being afraid of obstacles, social orientation. 
As there are innovations in the life of society, new relationships and approaches 
in the minds of young people, different aspects of the new lifestyle, active and rational 
attitude to life, and creativeness in their activities are of paramount importance. Such 
conscious creative activity is referred to as “innovative thinking” in modern scientific 
and philosophical literature. Innovative thinking develops on the basis of values, skills, 
a new-oriented and more innovative worldview, which has a new basis, requires a 
person to have a regular creative approach in his life, to increase creativity and the 
process of self-education. Innovative thinking is a way of thinking of a person who 
reflects fundamental knowledge, understands the innovative processes taking place in 
society. Its component is an expression from innovative consciousness, knowledge, 
creative behavior, creative thinking, activity and innovation potential 
Raising innovative thinking in young people in the field of education is 
characterized by a high level of improvement of scientific and educational potential of 
a person. When we say potential, the hidden opportunity in a person with the ability to 
become a reality under certain conditions is understood. The ability to search for the 
user's name, competent manipulation management and a specific purpose is to notice 
the events of labor activity. In other words, the forms of manifestation of the potential 
of a person are manifested not only by the level of self-awareness, but also by the 
activity of people on the basis of mutual creative cooperation, as a specific result of the 
educational process. In this regard, it is important to identify and define the priority 
aspects of the development of innovative thinking opportunities in a person on the basis 
of a theoretical-philosophical concept, rational activity of a particular person, which 
forms the phenomenon of "innovative thinking" and reflects its creative imagination.

Conclusion. First, the effective use of innovative thinking opportunities in the 
education and education of young people, the pursuit of innovation is increasing.
Secondly, to meet the growing knowledge, science and technical needs of young 
people through the introduction of innovations in every field and facets of Education.
Third, through the development of Educational Services, methods and 
methodologies at various levels, through radical reforms and innovations in the 
national education system, the opportunities of new Uzbekistan to raise and achieve 
the quality of new education are increasing.
