Conclusion.
The establishment and implementation of special open course 
systems for students of professional colleges today would also help to improve the level 
of knowledge of students of vocational colleges. 
Providing vocational colleges with the latest information, especially in the field 
of informatics and information technology, will provide practical assistance to 
vocational college students in improving their computer literacy. Our current research 
is dedicated to the creation of an open course system for junior specialists in the 
technical profession "Computer and computer network repair and adjustment" for 
students of vocational colleges. focuses on the development of an open exchange 
system based on the creation.
