Abstract:
Professional writing is distinct as writing that objectives to improve readers' 
understanding of a core subject. Any claims made in the text are supported by academic 
literature. Additionally, the writing is quite ordered and professional. In our schools 
and college careers, learners are required to produce a variety of essays and papers. 
These essays and articles are typically created using academic writing techniques. 
Students may find it tedious and challenging to compose papers and essays in such a 
formal style because they are still young. There are many factors that could contribute 
to a student's poor academic writing abilities, but it does not mean that nothing can be 
done to change it. This piece distinguishes what is formal writing skill, and what we 
are supposed to know about it.

Introduction 
Language is the way people communicate and connect with each other around the 
world and establishing good relations between countries is a tool. In the modern world, 
English is compared to other languages in different countries, by more people living in 
countries and regions. It is no secret that it is different from other languages as a 
language used. English requires today medicine, engineering, journalism, education, 
business, science, technology and public a leader in many fields such as media, 
pharmacology scientific research became a role-playing language. English has the

status of an international language. Because most information on the Internet is in 
English it's language-savvy and the ability to get the information you need from 
websites in a timely manner. The demand for specialists is increasing day by day [1]. 
One of the urgent problems in language education today is written speech. It is 
necessary to determine why the formation is important. Reading and written speech 
literacy is an interdependent process. Most of the words focuses only on correct 
spelling, but appropriate and effective language tools correctly, fluently and simply 
express one's opinion in accordance with the spelling rules forgets that the ability to do 
is also included in the literacy of written speech. The following requirements can be 
set for students' written speech: 
1. Each word, each sentence to reveal the meaning and purpose of the author service, 
as well as concise, coherent and logical expression of speech necessary. 
2. The thought in written speech is satisfactory, expressive, stylistically sound and 
fluent should be stated. 
3. Pay special attention to drawing the necessary conclusions based on the given 
opinions necessary. 
Written language is a complicated process that involves a lot of work. During such a 
speech, a person watches himself. Written speech skills are used in formation of 
productive skills. Written speech to each educational activity given to develop skills. 
Being interested to get the rules help to achieve a high result. The importance of reading 
skills in the development of written speech is essential. Read and understand the text 
you read in the process of reading written communication is a more complex process 
than oral communication is counted. Written speech is grammatically and 
meaningfully correct sentence construction, every correct use of one word in its place, 
concise and coherent thought, expressive, style in terms of simple and fluent 
expression, conclusions based on the expressed ideas requires release. Another 
difficult aspect of written speech is that it requires avoiding mistakes in spelling, 
punctuation, and style. Correct spelling of words, appropriate use of punctuation

marks, and style requirements according to the statement, the need to draw the 
necessary conclusions based on the opinions expressed is enough. Therefore, the 
norms of written speech are gradually learned by students is formed [2].
