Chapter Five: Data Analysis and Discussion 
This  chapter  deals  with  the  detail  analysis  and  discussion  of  the  research 
findings.  The  study  employed  a  qualitative  approach  with  case  design. 
Hence, this approach followed a broader qualitative data analysis technique 
in  retroductive  theoretical  base.  The  findings  are  then  presented  and 
analyzed  in  both  within  and  cross  case  analytical  frameworks.  Generally,
