- Marketing strategy formulation:- a plan of action to create, communicate,
and deliver (segmentation, targeting, differentiation, and positioning
strategies) value to guide a company achieve its objective
- Marketing strategy implementation– deploying the marketing mix to
create, communicate, and deliver the value
