Table 3 shows the initial, limiting values of prices and price increments for each type of service j for each segment f. The types of cash resources needed to provide services, as well as the consumption rates for one service, are presented in Table 4.

The calculations were carried out using the Lindo program, designed to solve linear and partially integer programming problems. Using the results of solving the sequence of tasks obtained in the process of iterative increase in prices for communication services, a schedule is built for changes in profit from the provision of services depending on the number iterations of price changes (see Fig. 1).

Figure 1 Graph of profit versus step number of price changes

The values of supply volumes (V) and prices for communication services (P), as well as many segments at the seventh step of the iterative process of price changes, at which the maximum profit enterprise is achieved, will correspond to the optimal solution to the problem (see Table 7).

It seems appropriate to provide alternative services, while the U7 service needs to be implemented only on the S3 segment (without access to S1). The maximum value of profit from the implementation of the considered set of services amounted to 390516,448 thousand rubles.

In the future, to reduce the dimension of the problem being solved and to select the most suitable market segments to work, it is proposed to use the hierarchy analysis method (T. Saati method) [5].
