ANNOTATION
In Jizzakh region, the process of developing the Android application of the state programs "Obod Qishloq" and "Obod Mahalla" has been selected.
Innovative management is the development of processes for the transition of government programs to the digital economy on the basis of modeling and the use of modern information technologies.
Innovations in the system of public administration technologies are explained by the introduction and current application of innovations in public administration, the improvement of the work of foreign scientists and our own scientists in public administration and business management.
The main conclusions and results will contribute to the development of regional coordination programs and the implementation of "Localization Programs" by the regional administration, expanding the opportunities for the implementation of state programs "Obod Qishloq" and "Obod Mahalla" in the region.
This dissertation selects the stages of application of innovations in the system of public administration and the analysis of specific features and methods of modeling the process of application of innovative technologies, provides practical conclusions on the main directions of improving innovation management.
In order to introduce models of innovative processes in the system of public administration technologies, the Android application of the state programs "Obod Qishloq" and "Obod Mahalla" was developed and is currently being implemented by the General Directorate of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of Jizzakh region.
