In this summary I want to mention a few key points from this paragraph.
The USA has a private enterprise economy . Private-enterprise economy or free-market-economy or capitalism a method of organizing the economy to produce goods and services. Under this Economic system the means of production are privately held by individuals and firms.
We have the freedom of choice to create almost everything that we want. Of course, there are a lot of exceptions to that freedom. None of us may purchase something freely that is not lawful. Basically, though, to make, purchase, and sell what we want, we have the freedom of choice. The most valuable resource in our system of private business is people. Natural resources and machinery are important, but if we don't have people, they can't meet our needs.
Profit is the amount of money left over after the expense of manufacturing its products or services has been paid for by a corporation.. An energizing factor in our economy is the notion of profit. It inspires people, in the hope of making a profit, to create new products and services. Competition, the competition to win clients, is another feature of the economic system. One of the significant aspects of the free market framework is rivalry. Companies are forced to be profitable because of competition and to keep their prices down. The customer always select the business with the lowest prices for the highest quality of products and services, if customers have options on where to shop.
