Notes:

1. 
   The document indicated in Clause 4 of the Table may be drafted in the English language and must be signed by a legal advisor agreed with the Exchange. Documents (information) referred to in Section 6 of the Table above may be filed in English, if so agreed with the Exchange.
   
2. 
   Upon the filing of an Application, it shall not be necessary to re-submit any earlier provided documents, except where changes and/or additions were made to such documents. The Exchange shall be entitled to request for the updated document referred to in Section 4 of the Table after one year since the submission of such document.
   
3. 
   It shall not be necessary to file an agreement for the provision of respective listing services referred to in the Rules if there exists an earlier executed contract for such services.
