   The price per share shall be determined as the market price of the security calculated in the manner set out in the Bank of Russia regulations.

5.	1. The issuer (the bond issue) or the surety (the guarantor) should have a credit rating assigned by one of the rating agencies. The list of rating agencies is established by a separate decision of the Exchange.
