• Applying international standards to meet the commercial, industrial, scientific and academic needs of Uzbekistan.
• Teaching foreign languages from the first year of schooling.
• The communicative approach is to be adopted.
• Creating National Standards
• Organizing National Testing Center
• Raising Teachers’ Salary
• Providing Modern Equipment for Foreign Language Rooms
• Involving Mass Media in raising awareness of FL role nowadays
