Conclusion
Thus, the specificity of proverbs and sayings containing any of the categories of realias lies in the fact that national peculiarities of the world perception are mainly reflected in the meaning of realias, which in turn affect the integral meaning of the texts themselves. National and cultural identity encompasses all the meaning of the word-realias and is clearly traced due to the uniqueness of the facts of material and spiritual culture. These texts are highly informative, because by virtue of their huge linguistic and cultural potential, they expand the complex of knowledge of the foreign cultural recipient about the history, traditions, geography of their creator people. Moreover, they show a completely special and unique view of the people on the reality surrounding them. Most of the proverbs and sayings containing realias in one language do not have lexically equivalent units in another language. They can and do coincide only conceptually. And even despite the identity of the conceptual part of the meaning of a number of proverbs and sayings containing realias, the expressive and tonal coloring does not allow us to talk about their complete semantic equivalence. In other words, the pictures of the world of the English and Russian linguocultural communities, having a number of common intersections, are not completely identical to them, and the proverbs and sayings that represent these pictures are of interest both in terms of identifying their meaning and in terms of decoding their genetic prototype, as a way of explaining the origin and meaning of proverbs and sayings and as a way of obtaining background knowledge about the culture of the people.
