This reference letter is provided at the written request of Asqar Qodirov, who has asked me to serve as a reference on his behalf. I have known Asqar for the past four years as he has been studying at " History" faculty at National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulug'bek and he will have graduated by the beginning of July in 2022. As a dean of this faculty, l have had an opportunity to observe the student's participation ad interaction in class and to evaluate the student's knowledge of several subject matters and l would rate his overall preformance in subjects as good. This is evidenced by his grades.
