Figure skating is a most fascinating and graceful sport in our country as well as in many countries of the world. For the last few years figure skating has won the hearts of millions. It has become a fine art in which you can find the grace of ballet combined with acrobatics accompanied by music. It’s pleasant to watch both solo and pair-skating acting with compulsory or free skating. The jumps and lifts, sit spins and other complicated gyrations and exercises can’t help admiring the spectators.The Soviet figure-skators are among the best in this sport and have been prize-winners of many European and World championships.
