Activity 1 (25 min)

Objectives: To check students prior knowledge about types of report and to give Ss opportunity to get general information about report types

Mode of interaction: Group work;

Materials: Handout 2 and video

Procedure: T gives a video about reports and Ss will get specific data through watching it. After watching the video Ss should answer the questions and make a group discussion
Activity 2 (5 min)

Objectives: To develop Ss reading and listening skills

Mode of interaction: individual work

Materials: Handout 3; audio recording

Procedure: T distributes Handout 3 and put audio recording. While listening to the recording Ss should answer the questions provided in the Handout 3

After the task is done Ss should check the answers as a group.
