to be able to manage your stress effectively.

Build a support network (described in this module).
Fear of the 
unknown
Engage in positive thinking, actively seek information about changes in your 
organization and industry.
Increased conflict
Learn how to resolve conflict productively.
Perceived lack of 
control
Don’t try to control the uncontrollable (such as other people’s behaviors and reactions). 
Focus on the things you can control—usually, your own decisions and behaviors.
