party involved in the negotiations — the state, an international organization and (or) another subject that has the right to conclude international treaties that participate in the drafting and adoption of the text of an international treaty;

ratification certificate — a special document attesting to the consideration of the international treaty by the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and expressing consent to be bound by the international treaty for the Republic of Uzbekistan;

international organization — an interstate (intergovernmental) organization created to carry out certain tasks of an international nature in accordance with the constituent act of this organization and having international legal personality;
