Change various parameters of an element within an array based
GUI control, e.g. cursors in the XY pad

The ID number of the UI control. You can retrieve the
ID number with 
get_ui_id()

The control parameter variable, e.g. 
$CON-
TROL_PAR_AUTOMATION_ID

The (integer) value

The element index
Remarks
set_control_par_str_arr()
is a variation of the command for usage with text strings.
