Purpose: studying macro - and microelement composition of the natural ALATOO medicine received from vegetable raw materials.
Methodies and materials of the work: raw materials for receiving "ALATOO" - served a water-melon colocynth - Citrulluscolocynthis and a tansy-Tanagetum of vulgare L., Extraction was carried out by the cleared water by automatic extraction car (KD-2KY). Drying of extract is carried out by the IK method - vacuum of drying.
Definition of element structure in the preparation "ALATOO" was carried out in the Central laboratory of Goskomgeologiya of RUZ by method nuclear and issue spectrometry with inductively connected plasma (PGS-2 diffraction spectrograph).
Results: ёdry extract of a tansy represents powder of cinnamon color, with a pleasant fragrant smell, bitterish taste, humidity of 5%. We will dissolve in water, we will dissolve in alcohol a little.
Dry extract of a water-melon kolotsinit represents powder of cinnamon color, has a smell карамелф, very bitter, humidity of 3,5%. We will dissolve in water, we won't dissolve in alcohol.
It should be noted that separate chemical elements and their complexes with organic compounds can, on the one hand provide useful pharmacological effect, with another, their the raised contents quite often is the reason of toxic impact on living cells, fabrics and an organism in general. Therefore the assessment of element composition of natural medicine and raw materials from which they are received is obviously important aspect of research of phyto preparations. It fully belongs to "ALATOO", offered for prevention and treatment of worms. As a part of dry extract of a water-melon colocynth are found 15 and dry extract of a tansy-13 of elements: 8 - macro (Al, Ca, Mg, Si, Na, P, K), 7 - micro and ultramikroelement (Ba, Mn, Ti, Cu, Zn, Ni, Mo);
If quantities of elements in "ALATOO" to arrange in decreasing order, the following row turns out; K; Ca; Mg; Na; P; Al; Si; Fe; Mn; Ti; Cu; Ni; Zn; Cr; Mo.
It is known that phytogenesis preparations in the form of water extraction from vegetable raw materials contain a complex of mineral substances with biologically active connections and they show considerably big catalytic and biogenous activity, than in inorganic salts.
Besides, as notes a number of authors, microcells of a phytogenesis are better acquired by organisms as are in optimum "biological" concentration [Nozdryukhina L.R., Grinkevich N. I.].
Conclusions:As a part of antivermicular means of "ALATOO" 15 chemical elements, values of concentration of some of them of Si, Ca, K, Na, Mg, Al, P above a detection limit are defined. The insignificant contents is noted for Mn, Ti, Cu, Zn, Ni, Mo, Zr.
