Натижалар: Аллтромбосепин куюк экстрактнинг физик-кимёвий хоссалари: тук- жигарранг рангли, узига хос х,идли куюк масса. Таркибидаги намлик микдори 15% дан ошмайди. ^уюк экстракт таркибидаги олтингугурт саклаган органик бирикмалар микдори (тажриба 5 марта амалга оширилганда) 0,14% ни, тажрибанинг нисбий хатолиги эса, 1,34% дан ошмаслиги тажрибаларда аникланди.
Хулосалар: биринчи марта Allium cepa L. пиёзбоши асосида куюк экстракт олиш технологияси ишлаб чикилди. Тажрибалар асосида Аллтромбосепин куюк экстракти таркибидаги олтингугурт сакловчи органик бирикмалар микдори 0,14% эканлигини аникланди.
SYNTHESIS OF 2-SUBSTITUTED QUINAZOLIN-4-YLIDENCYANOACETIC AND -MALONIC

Quinazoline derivatives, which belong to the N-containing heterocyclic compounds, have caused universal concerns due to their widely and distinct biopharmaceutical activities. Researchers have already determined many therapeutic activities of quinazoline derivatives, including anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, anti-bacterial, anti-virus, anti-spasm, anti-tuberculosis, anti-oxidation, anti-malarial, anti-hypertension, anti-obesity, anti-diabetes, etc. Medicinal chemists synthesized a variety of quinazoline compounds with different biological activities by installing various active groups to the quinazoline moiety using developing synthetic methods. And the potential applications of the quinazoline derivatives in fields of biology, pesticides and medicine have also been explored. Therefore the synthesis of unknowns in the literature of derivatives 2-substitutes of quinazolines having in 4 position residues of compounds with activated methylene groups, as malonic, aceto-, cyanoacetic esters, acetylacetone and others were of interest.
In this report we give the obtained results on syntheses 2-phenyl-, -methylthioquinazoline-4- ylidencyanoacetic and -malonic esters. These compounds have been synthesized by interaction of corresponding 2-substituted 4-chloroquinazolines with anions cyanoacetic and malonic esters.

The reactions in the dimethyl formamide (DMF) have gone easily and the reaction products were obtained with good yields.
2-Substituted of 4-chloroquinasolines are formed by interaction appropriating quinazolin-4-ones
with phosphorus oxychloride in the present of catalytic quantities of DMF.
Phenylquinazolone-4 have been obtained in teirn from benzoylanthranilic acid and formamide, the first of them was synthesized by benzoylation anthranilic acid with benzoyl chloride.The structure of obtained compounds was confirmed by dates IR-, NMR-, mass- spectrium, and the individuality of them have been corrected by the TLCh method.

Mavzuning dolzarbliligi: hozirgi kunda varikoz kassaligidan aziyat chekayotgan insonlarnini soni yil sayin oshib bormoqda. Shu sababli bu kasallikni oldini olish va uni davolashda qo‘llaniladigan dori vositalarini ishlab chiqish dolzarb muammodir. Bu muammoni hal etishi mumkin bo‘lgan antikoagulyant va antiagregant ta’sirli, Allium cepa L. piyozboshining quyuq ekstrakti - “Alltrombosepin” asosida gel dori shaklini olish va uning fizik-kimyoviy xossalarini o‘rganish dolzarb masaladir.
Ishning maqsadi: Allium cepa L. piyozboshining quyuq ekstrakti -“Alltrombosepin” asosida gel dori shaklini olish va uning fizik-kimyoviy xususiyatlarini o’rganish.
Tadqiqot uslubi va materiallari: “Alltrombosepin” gelini tarkibi (50 g gelda): Alltrombosepin quyuq ekstrakt - 2.5 g, nipagin - 0,075 g va gel asosi - 47,425 g. “Alltrombosepin” gelini tayyorlash texnologiyasi: dastlab havonchaga gel asosini solib, oldidan o‘lchab olingan Alltrombosepin quyuq ekstraktidan oz-ozdan solib aralashtirildi. Gelning barqarorligini ta’minlash maqsadida Nipagin (metilparagidroksibenzoat) qo‘shib gomogen massaga hosil bo‘lgunga qadar aralashtirildi. Olingan Alltrombosepin gelining fizik-kimyoviy xossalari o‘rganildi. Jumladan, ta’sir etuvchi modda (Oltingugurt saqlovchi organik birikmalar) miqdorini aniqlash uchun spektrofotometrik usuldan foydalanildi. Buning uchun 5 g miqdorda gel tortib olinib, 96 % li etil spirti bilan 2 marta ekstraksiya qilinadi, olingan ekstraktlar birlashtilib, hajmi 25 ml ga 96 % li etil spirti bilan yetkazildi. Undan 2 ml olib, 50 ml li haroratga chidamli stakanga solindi va unga 2 ml natriy sinkatning ishqoriy eritmasi solinib, refrijeratorli quritish javonida 200°C haroratda quritildi. Hosil bo’lgan quruq qoldiq dastlab eksikatorda sovutildi, so’ngra 60 ml 2% li sirka kislota eritmasida bilan eritilib, 100 ml li o’lchov kolbasiga o’tkazildi. Olingan eritmaga dastlab 5 ml 0,1 % li p-amino-N,N- dimetilanilin eritmasi, so’ngra 5 ml 0,5 mol/l temirammoniyli achchiqtosh eritmasidan qo’shib ko’k rang hosil bo’lgunga qadar 15 daqiqaga qoldirildi. Harorat rang hosil bo’lishiga ta’sir ko’rsatadi, shuning uchun barcha qo’shilayotgan reaktivlarning va tajriba olib borilayotgan xonaning harorati 22±2°C bo’lishi kerak. 15 daqiqadan so’ng o’lchov kolbasidagi eritmaning hajmi tozalangan suv bilan belgisigacha yetkazildi va qatlam qalinligi 1 sm bo’lgan kyuvetada 665±2 nm to’lqin uzunligida optik zichligi o’lchandi. Nazorat eritmasi geldan tayyorlangan ekstraktdan tashqari barcha reaktivlarni qo’shib tayyorlandi. Alltrombosepin geli tarkibidagi oltingugurt saqlovchi organik birikmalar miqdori quyidagi formula bilan hisoblandi.
