Dear Mr Aripov (HR Manager)
A week ago I asked one of the specialists in your Department, to help me answer one question concerning my rights as an employee. She gave me an answer but I had some doubts about it and decided to make my own research, found necessary information and consulted with a lawyer. The lawyer confirmed my research and said that her answer was absolutely wrong. As it was very important for me to know the right answer and I could have become victim of the wrong information, I would like to complain about the mistake of one of your specialists which cost me time and money. Please let me know your opinion about the situation
