Job Description

Jamco Products has a temporary full-time opening to back-fill a position in human resources. This is a good opportunity for an experienced manager or generalist with strong tactical skills in a manufacturing setting.

Will oversee payroll hours, recruiting and on-boarding, workers' comp, managing temporaries, counseling, compliance, and attendance. Jamco, a non-union plant, currently has 2 shifts with a staff of about 160 employees and temporaries. This person will work closely with the plant manager and supervisors, an HR administrator, temp agencies, and the corporate office in Akron, Ohio where payroll and benefits are managed.
