It is my great pleasure to recommend Khojieva Dilnoza for the Fulbright TEA Exchange Program 2020-2021 . My first contact with her was when she conducted open debate for her colleagues interested in educational issues presented material with such coherent and humor that she set the tone fbr the entire workshop and clear creative ideas for presentations and activities were inventive and intertaining. They were estonishingly effective. Dilnoza Khojieva has voluntarily assisted our staff on experience sharing and plans to commit teachers in the Fergana Region. She has already earned many teachers' respect. Dilnoza has been a self- motivated, resourceful land reliable trainer. She is also active in our organization projects and meetings. Despite her age she made commendable improvement in educational system. By successfully implementing different educational trainings, seminars such as Cluster International forum 2018 in Tashkent and in that forum she participated with her project work wider the topic “Innovation in Education and Education in Innovation".
Moreover, completing Trainers Training On Self Help Group Formation, GroMh and Sustenance course under ITEC program sponsored by the Government of India of External Effairs in NIESBUD from November 9 till December 1, 2017 she proved that she was one of the best teacher leader who tried her best to get proficiency in being leader teacher of English Foreign Language. Due to this, she has organized a month training course with regional English teachers who has less experience in the field of teaching methodology and instructional She has alreadY arranged several kind of seminars with her innovative ideas , motivated not only teachers and the community to find their way in the society. She is a self-starter as well as a good team- player. She has been volunteering at UzTEA ( Uzbekistan English Language Teachers Association) to prepare workshops and projects. I‘m confident that Dilnoza Khojieva's knowledge of her field, her experience in education, as well as leadership skills and great thirst for news, combined with commitment to teaching will enable her not only successfully complete the Fulbright TEA Exchange Program, but also to make a significant contribution to the development of the educational system of Uzbekistan.
Now Dilnoza is considered to be one of the best skillful teachers in Uzbekistan with her new projects as she works with innovative ideas in many conferences as mentioned above. The course is exactly relevant to her in the way of educational, communal leader. I strongly hope that It will give her a chance of having opportunities in developing innovative methods and it will be a great stimulus to achieve her career goals, also plays main role for contributing her share to the public sector. I recommend her as a suitable candidate and believe that she will be one of the best participant showing her brilliant curiosity and outlook among other representatives from abroad. The country can only benefit from young people like Dilnoza to help build its future. I look forward to her returning with new ideas and experiences.
