1.THE THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE THEME AND

LITERATURE REVIEW

In Part I, “Agribusiness Management: Scope, Functions, and Tasks,” we focus on the food and agribusiness industries and the role of the agribusiness manager. In addition, a set of economic concepts of fundamental importance to agribusiness managers is covered. Part I exposes readers to the tremendous variety of fi rms that comprise the food production and marketing system. The core focus of this book is the four functional areas of management marketing, finance, supply chain, and human resources. Readers will better understand the role that managers of food and agribusiness firms play as they execute the four tasks of management planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

Part II, “Agribusiness Management: Organization and Context,” leads readers toward better understanding the context or environment in which agribusiness managers operate by taking them inside the different forms of business organization, including cooperatives given their prominence in the food and agribusiness markets. This section also provides a glimpse into the issues an agribusiness manager must face when doing business outside of the Uzbekistan. The challenges of serving international markets, of sourcing raw materials from international locations, and from competing with international fi rms have all emerged as key issues in the past decade. Looking to the future, this area promises to be even more important.
Management is one of the complex professions, and the scientists who worked on its theory, conducted research, are also considered salmonids, and as their main ones are either scientists of our country Abdullayev, A. Q. Ismailov, F.J.Joraev,
As in all areas, management as well as the organization of Labor, production directly affects the final result in agricultural enterprises. The emergence of the concept of management is one of the main processes of the development of society, which is associated with the unification of people or collective labor activity.
It is worth noting that the most relevant of the tasks in the conditions of a market economy are the management of this production. It is known that in the process of reforms, the management system is being improved from top to bottom in all joints.
International expansion enlarges the market a firm can address, enabling it to increase its sales and profits faster. The growth of Starbucks, for example, owes much to the rapid international expansion of the company. Starbucks opened its first international store in 1996, when it was operating some 700 stores in the United States. By 2005 the company had over 3,200 locations in 34 countries outside the United States (plus 7,000 more in the United States). In just a decade Starbucks grew from a midsized national company to a world entity with a powerful world brand. Going forward, Starbucks sees continued inter national expansion as a major engine of growth. The company’s aim is to make Starbucks as ubiquitous inter nationally as other great American consumer brands, such as McDonald’s and Coca-Cola. More generally, many enterprises develop a core skill at home and then tr y to ear n greater returns from that competency by applying it to foreign markets where indigenous competitors lack the same skills. Thus McDonald’s developed a core competency in managing fast-food franchise operations in the United States, and then earned greater returns from that competency by entering foreign markets that lacked American-style fast-food restaurants. Similarly, Procter & Gamble established core competencies in the development and mass marketing of household consumer products, including shampoos, detergents, and diapers, and it has earned greater returns from those competencies by applying them to foreign markets that lacked enterprises with the same skill set. Inshort, when the managers at a firm have built a valuable competency or skill, going global is often the best way to maximize the return on their investment in that skill.
Market controls involve regulating the behavior of individuals and units within an enterprise by setting up an internal market for some valuable resource such as capital. 20 Market controls are usually found within di versified enterprises organized into product di visions, where the head office might act as an internal investment bank, allocating capital funds between the competing claims of the different product divisions based on an assessment of their likely future performance. Within this internal market, all cash generated by the divisions is viewed as belonging to the head office. The divisions then have to compete for access to the capital resources controlled by the head office. Because they need that capital to grow their divisions, the assumption is that this internal competition will drive divisional managers to look for ways to improve the efficiency of their units. One of the first companies in the world to establish an internal capital market was the Japanese electronics manufacturer.
International expansion enlarges the market a firm can address, enabling it to increase its sales and profits faster. The growth of Starbucks, for example, owes much to the rapid international expansion of the company. 1. Decree Of The President Of The Republic Of Uzbekistan. On measures for further improvement and development of the organization of farming activities in Uzbekistan. Collection of legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2012, 43-San, article 493.
In the country, the farming movement is becoming a powerful socio-political force capable of taking responsibility for the main producer of agricultural products, as well as for the further development of the agrarian sector and other sectors associated with it, as well as for the improvement of the living standards and quality of life of the population.
First of all, it is about further improvement of farmer farms and increasing their efficiency, expansion of rights and powers, use of Land-Water Resources and created production potential, intensification and improvement of the village, their role in ensuring employment and welfare of the population.
It should be recognized that the system of organization and management of the currently active farming movement, in particular the Association of farmer farms and its territorial structures, has a slow impact on the processes of reforming agricultural production and increasing its productivity, as well as on the rapid resolution of the tasks facing farming.
In the current conditions, necessary measures have been set in order to deepen the democratization of the society in front of the farming movement, further reform and liberalization of the economy, sustainable and effective development of the agrarian sector of the country, increasing the role and importance of farmer farms as the most important link in improving the welfare of the population, ensuring

Agricultural development, increasing the responsibility of the heads of authorities, ministries, departments and organizations for the deepening of reforms in this area is today's demand. The book is written on the basis of management's long years of practical experience as a small, medium and large enterprise. This book should be a practical guide for those who work in senior management positions. The book serves as a clear guide for those who serve in management positions."
In this training manual Peter F. It is the result of Druker’s practical experience in serving as a consultant and guide to large and cost-effective companies in the United States of America. On the eve of the end of the Second, General Motors became the world leader in the field of automotive industry, and from two years of in-depth study of the management activities of the company, this literature began to be written. With the help of these experiments, Sears was used to give advice and recommendations on the appointment of the management structure of Roebuck – the world's retail companies.
Another aspect that is significant to us in this training manual is the list of literature used in each chapter. Among these publications, we can also see the manuscripts of major scholars around the world.
