It is commonly thought that it is better to teach boys and girls in a school without separating but some individuals advocate that giving lessons to them in special schools which are divided into two parts with looking genders is more effective. In my opinion, boys and girls can learn more efficiently not together not only because of feeling free but also taking more knowledge about the subjects according to human life.

On the one hand, boys and girls can help a lot each others in the lessons if they study together. Girls thoughts and minds are differ from boys’. Girls may be more good at in the subjects like biology, history or mother tangue while boys know mathematics or languages very well and they can be benefit to one another during lessons even without teachers sometimes they can pass lessons effective with gathering. In addition, boys and girls can fun together better than alone.

On the other hand, girls may feel free when they are learning among only females like boys among males. If schools are separated pupils do not have to be too polite that, for example boys may like to play with shouting during breaks and girls may prefer to look themselves as making up in order to have a rest. By this way, their efficiency to study may increase after taking fun.

I personally believe that education in separate schools is more effective that higher graduate pupils, especially, can get much more information and advices about their future life which are should be taught at schools. If boys and girls are given lessons without mixed genders, they can ask from their teachers easily every kind of questions about being adults. And, this is very good to their future. However, the boys and girls who are taught in the same schools can be less educated. They may shy each other, for instance, girls can not ask next to boys or even teachers may shy to give human anatomy lessons fully when both sexes are together in schools. It would have bad effects to pupils life.

In conclusion, both types of schools may appeal to students, but if they need to be more educated, they ought to study separately.

Despite a big salary is available if working condition is not appropriate to work, employees can find difficulties in their profession and their enthusiasm to work can be easily reduced. Some buildings, for instance, may not have coolers and heaters and most people may do not want to work in that places where are cold in winter and hot in summer. Specifically, workers can be ill, their efficiency to their occupation can be disappeared or although they try to work hard they can not do it without enough technology in works.

And, acts of bosses to their employees may be play higher role in works than money. If staffs are paid well but they are not respected by employers, they may feel sad and whole day they may think about on-goings of the people who talk to them with excessive strict attitude. Some employers, for instance, may think if they give much money to staffs, they should be in very hard and serious relation and if they do not, employees may not work with feeling free but I believe that it is the biggest mistake of employers. By this way, workers productivity can be decreased.

To conclude, in order to make hard-working employees, employers ought to be well-mannered to them and of course working zona should be built including all the facilities that this kind of things may be better than money to increase efficacy of employers.
