The article focuses on the cultivation and adaptation of the potato plant to the
external environment using "in vitro" technology (adaptation), a modern method of propagation of this
plant in vitro. It is briefly stated that a whole plant organism can emerge from the tissue. It has been
suggested that the in vitro method of plant propagation has a number of advantages and may differ from
other methods. There have been reports of large-scale clonal micro-propagation of potato plants in the
laboratory and the production of high-quality, genetically identical, virus-free planting material for
micro-tubers.
Keywords:
Biotechnology, cell, tissue, adaptation, selection, nutrient medium, inhibitor, auxin,
cytokinin, in vitro, virus, bacteria, fungus, mature plant.
With the help of potato tissue culture techniques, it has been possible to widely apply the protection
of gene sources in potatoes, disease prevention, rapid propagation and reproduction.
Diseases (especially viruses) that cause major problems for the potato plant can be eliminated from
the plant by culturing fungal, bacterial plant tissues.
Rapid plant reproduction with a virus-free plant or pure tissue culture is characterized by the ability
to obtain more than 1,000 plants from a single tissue.
In addition, tissue culture is used in mutation, selection, resistance, and hybrid fertilization. It is
widely used in hybridization of species that cannot be sexually crossed. In addition, plant selection time
can be shortened using tissue culture. In developed and developing countries, tissue culture is used in
potato production to protect gene origins, eradicate diseases, and reproduce rapidly. In addition, the use
of tissue culture in breeding work to increase the quality and yield of potatoes is developing day by day.

In addition to tissue cultures, seed rotation should be performed annually in the field to ensure
genotype continuity in potatoes. There are some advantages to maintaining genotype continuity with
tissue culture relative to crop rotation in field conditions.
- It is cheaper to replace seed potatoes in the field than in vitro.
- but there are environmental and pathogenic hazards in the field.
-International distribution of processed genotypes with tissue culture is easy and inexpensive.
-Genotype can be produced in large quantities in a short time when tissue culture is required.
-Tissue culture can be propagated at any time of the year, regardless of climate.
Due to the above advantages, in vitro technology is used to preserve gene sources in potatoes.
In vitro technology, we use special nutrients to grow potato plants. All macronutrients (nitrogen,
phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron) and micronutrients (boron, manganese, zinc,
copper, molybdenum, etc.) in the nutrient media for the culture of isolated cells and tissues as well as
vitamins, carbohydrates, phytohormones or their analogues. Casein hydrolyzate and amino acids are also
added to some nutrients. In addition, EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) or its sodium salt is added
to the nutrient medium to meet the cell's need for iron. Virus-free plants derived from apical meristems
are propagated in artificial nutrient media. To do this, experiments were performed with several different
nutrient media to grow akila in vitro.
I-phytohormone: BAP0.1NUK0.1
Vitamin II + protein
III without phytohormones
To us that the I-phytohormone nutrient medium is good for higher, faster results
found.
The following results were obtained by propagating the potato plant using tissue culture

Day 30, when the potato tissue is planted in a nutrient medium free of various diseases
In conclusion, it should be noted that we can control the growth of potato plants through in vitro
technology, select the generations we need, increase the yield in the field with super elite seed potatoes
and increase the yield of large quantities of oats. We can get the wire.
