Spiritual bases of the implementation of youth policy 
Abstract. This article tells about the factors associated with the role and value of spiritual and 
moral aspects of the successful implementation of the state youth policy in the years of independent 
development of our country. The article describes a systematic analysis carried out during the years of 
independence, the reforms in this area, and conclusions on the results of their implementation. The 
article also contains information about the work to improve the effectiveness of the spiritual aspects of 
the implementation of the state youth policy.
