Human capital and its interrelation with the system of continuous education  
Annotation. The role of continuous education units in formation and development of human 
capital in Uzbekistan, the values of systematic work on implementation of  human capital are analyzed 
in this article, the article also discusses effective mechanisms of preparation of competitive specialists 
in intellectual labour market.
